An important update from e4education
Published on 19/03/20
Following the Prime Minister's briefing on Monday 16th March, where he requested people work from home where possible, we took the decision to close our offices with immediate effect. All of our employees are equipped to work from home and we do not expect a reduction in service due to our remote working practices.
Remote Working & Our Service Commitment
We would like to reassure all our customers that we have a comprehensive plan in place to ensure you receive a high level of service during this period.
We can carry out all consultations and discussions via remote methods through a variety of software, so we are continuing as business as normal - if you are looking to work with us on a new project, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help, offering the same high level of support and service as usual.
Free communication tools until September
Should your school need assistance with communicating with parents, carers and staff, we are offering our email and text messaging platform free of charge to all customers until the end of August, with no commitment to continue with the service going forwards. If you would like to know more, speak to a member of our sales team, who will set this up for you.
