We’re passionate about helping schools achieve success with innovative digital tools and beautiful websites. But for us it’s not just about creating functional websites and communication solutions for schools and trusts. 

It’s about building long-lasting relationships with our customers and providing proactive personalised contact to ensure that our schools and trusts have an excellent experience with us from the moment they start talking to us until long after their website is live. 

With almost twenty years of experience and over two thousand customers, we have a deep understanding of the education landscape and the challenges schools and trusts face. Our customers praise our dedicated support, our innovative software and the feature-rich, creative websites that we design and develop. In fact, a recent survey (July 2020) showed that 97.55% of our customers would recommend e4education to a friend or colleague.  

But as a business, we know that we can still go further to enhance the experience of our customers and to raise the bar in exceeding their expectations.  

That’s why we have introduced a new Customer Relations Team – bringing together expertise from across the business to assist our customers with all their digital requirements – from refreshing their website design to producing a virtual tour and from day-to-day technical support to advice on school website navigation and Ofsted best practice.  

The Customer Relations Team ensures that each customer will receive an unlimited personalised service from our experienced team of customer account executives, first & second line support advisers and implementation specialists; providing our customers with the very best care, support and guidance as they continue their relationship with e4education.  

We know that each school or trust is unique and has individual goals to achieve, which is why our continued commitment is to help every customer achieve success and ensure they are getting the most from their investment with us.

Katie Sixsmith

Katie is our Marketing & Communications Executive and joined e4education in November 2015. She has a 2.1 BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the Open University and a Project Fundamentals Qualification from the Oxford College of Leadership and Management.

She is currently studying for her Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing with the Oxford College of Marketing.
